Pastor David Shepard was born and raised in Cicero, NY. He graduated from Cicero High School in 1983 and from Onondaga Community College with a degree in Business Administration in 1986.

Pastor Shepard came to know Christ as his Savior in 1990. He has served in many roles as a lay leader at North Syracuse Baptist Church. He graduated from Philadelphia Biblical University in 2002.

Pastor Shepard served as Minister of Evangelism and Discipleship at The First Baptist Church of Peekskill, NY for 8 years, 1999-2007.

He and his wife Tina have been married for 19 years and have 5 wonderful girls.
